My mission is to help clients from all parts of the world get their applications approved.
It doesn't matter how complex the situation is, I am passionate about advocating for my clients and will communicate clearly with them. It is your success that determines my success.

As a licensed Registered Migration Agent focusing on family migration, I am fully committed to working personally with every client, to understand his or her unique circumstances and prepare an immigration package to facilitate the highest probability of success. A relentless advocate on your behalf, I understand all of the complexities of Australian immigration law and work to avoid unnecessary expenses and delays in the process.

  • I make sure forms up are up to date and accurately completed preventing potential delays in the processing of your application.

  • I receive regular and frequent training through Legal Training Australia and the Migration Institute of Australia ensuring I will not miss any recent changes in migration law that may affect your application.

  • I am licensed to provide you with immigration assistance being approved by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. If a person is not licensed, they cannot provide immigration assistance.

  • I have access to LexisNexis in which I see what policy and instructions your case officer must follow when assessing your application.

  • I am adept at navigating the Commlaw website ensuring legislative requirements are met along with recently updated legislation.

  • I am also confident in searching AustLII to find cases that align with yours to strengthen your case. I have found many solutions to client’s application challenges here. Sometimes Departmental policy and migration law can be too tight a fit - using real-life examples of successful cases can be the key to a visa grant.

  • My submission letter is an advocacy letter for you and your partner. It includes references to migration law throughout the entire 7 to 10-page document making it easy for your case officer to read and process more efficiently. I aim to make my writing easy for your case officer to process and reach a decision on your application.
